Very simple, it took them 5 months and maybe 30 calls to get refunded at 70% not 80% as my plan is noted.
My pet had been under this plan for 8 yrs and never used until last January. I had to provide even handwritten notes from the procedure to proof what was done ! Years of dental cleaning bills.. and still they rejected the claim a few times.. don’t waste your money buying this policy.
