I am not recently happy with this insurance. I have had it for 5 years and it seems that there are more things that are not covered every time I send in a normal claim for services to my dog. Recently a medication he is supposwed to be and has been on for yeras and is costly was decined and there was no explanation. '
The notices I get after filing a claim do not have the actual reason for the decline so I am at a loss as to why this was OK before and not now. Not happy.
