We had the highest tier and yet so many things are not covered. Why are preventative treatments not covered. Why is only about 1/4 of flea/tick/ heartworm only covered? Very annoyed. In the end, our biweekly rates were much more just our yearly exam and vaccination. Rather defeats why we pay premium. Not worth it in my opinion. We are weighing cost of emergency care rates now.
