very unhappy about a claim that denied that they paid for weeks eariler for the same procedure. My kitten had to have all her teeth extracted. The paid 90% for extractions and anesthesia. The second procedure was exactly the same and they denied it. She would have died with out the procedure. My vet clinic wrote several letters about the claims but it seems like no one read them.
