I was with another pet insurance company and I had to wait months to get reimbursed for the payment I made to the doctors office. I filed my first claim with PetsBest and I didn't think I would receive payment be it would be applied to my deductible. But, this was a wellness visit and they paid $50 of the $78 bill. The other $28 did not apply to the insurance policy. This all happened in the same week I took my dog to the vet so far I am very pleased with the customer service PetsBest provides.
