Getting refunded can take up to 6 weeks and when you have $600 weekly appointments, it becomes costly. It’s starting to become between choices of eating or paying the vet bill because I’m so far behind on payments from pets best. My credit card interest has raked up now. It was ok at the beginning of the year but over the course of 5 months of back to back weeks of $600 its become too much waiting for back logged refunds. Pets Best has made his healing process extremely financially difficult this time. Our oncology journey last year with our other dog was smooth and very easy.
