It appears to be better than the rest, however fete submitting a bill for my dogs spading, I don't know why they want to see payment/credit card info. Also I understand pre-existing conditions but after a year of coverage for a cough, shouldn't that no longer.be preexisting. Claim for vet visit was denied because the technician attended wile the dr. Supervised, I put in an appeal. Web site is quite easy to use and phone customer service is great.
