Pets Best covers the bare minimum for my pet. I pay for the Wellness package and the Accident/Injury plan. I have a reasonable deductible, but like any scammy insurance company, Pets Best finds reasons to deny certain claims, such as 3 year dose rabies vaccine because their plan only covers a small portion of a 1 year dose rabies vaccine. I would not recommend Pets Best to friends or family, and I am considering shopping around for a more modern pet insurance that will meet the needs of our family.
