Eventually claims were completed but it took many attempts to get there. claims sent back with instructions to fix things that were not clear what was wrong- until you talked with a tech- like blurry image, image cut off. or wrong format-I had no idea what that meant. Claim numbers seemed to change also if you resubmitted something if it was denied- confusing. In the end- the final explanation of benefits was very clear and concise.
