I recently went through the most heartbreaking experience with my sweet golden, Rosie, unexpectedly finding out she had aggressive cancer and letting her go to gain her angel wings over a weekend. I submitted all vet bills to Pets Best about a week later very easily through the website, and about a week and a half later the EOBs came through with the reimbursement amounts. They also automatically cancelled Rosie’s policy and sent a notice and their condolences, as well as the prorated refund for the policy. I am forever grateful that Pets Best made this extremely difficult time just a little easier to manage.
