Rates! Rates! Rates! The service is standardt in the industry. Not the best, not the worst, but the jump of paying $89.06 to $168.91 with an 89% increase is outrageous! There was no significant changes on our pets health history and/or inflation rates that can justify such an increase. Is nothing but plain Price gouging!
