I have been a customer of Pets Best Pet Health Insurance for a couple of years now. I'm very satisfied with this insurance. Originally I was insuring one dog but we adopted another dog a year or so later and got a policy for her as well. My only complaint is a problem I had with billing. My insurance was offered as a benifit by my employer in the beginning. Premium payments were made thru payroll deductions. When I retired I took over payment of premiums by automatic deductions from my bank account. On the second month of those payments an amount significantly larger than my scheduled payment was deducted from my account without any prior notice to me. I just happened to catch the deduction by checking my bank account. After checking with Pet's Best, I found it to be a legitimate fee. However, I really feel I should have been notified before this fee was deducted. I was well over the monthly deduction I had agreed to. If I hadn't caught this, I would have incurred overdraft fees from my bank. I promptly switched my method of payment to monthly billing to be paid by check or credit card. I expect that will take care of this issue. That being said, I am still quite happy with Pet's Best Insurance for both my dogs.
