Terrible, terrible, terrible service re: claims. They send misleading emails that say a claim is closed because "this service isn't covered" and tell you to "read the Explanation of Benefits" for more information -- but when you do open the EOB, it actually says that they haven't received the proper records from the vet, and that they'd be "happy" to reopen the claim if they get that info. BUT THEY'VE NEVER NOTIFIED YOU OF THAT BEFORE, AND IT'S NOT IN THESE "NO COVERAGE" EMAILS! So incredibly misleading -- I can't imagine how many people don't know they can reopen these claims, and simply give up and don't get paid. I'm still waiting to be paid for NINE of my claims, and have had to all many times.
