I've had Pets Best Insurance for my Border Collie, Yosee, and overall, I'm happy with the service. It gives me peace of mind knowing that if something happens to my pup, she’ll be taken care of. Submitting a claim is quick and intuitive, whether from a desktop or mobile device, and their pet support line (available via chat and phone) has been incredibly helpful, especially during urgent situations. My only constructive feedback is that claims processing can take quite a while, sometimes several weeks to a month, before reimbursement comes through. That said, the quality of coverage and ease of use make it a service I’d recommend to other pet owners.
