This was my first time filing a claim with Pets Best and I am completely unimpressed with their turn around time and communication regarding their tardiness. Their website boasts fast, personal service and I didn’t feel that promise was met. Once I submitted a claim, there was no communication on how long processing would take and I was unable to find the information listed on their website. I did finally receive a generic, impersonal email apologizing for the delay, but no estimate on processing time. Nor did I receive a reply to my e-mail when I asked for an estimated processing time. I received an email update confirming the reimbursement amount on 7/1/25. Since my reimbursement method is to my bank account, it listed it will take approximately 5-7 days. That means day 7 is tomorrow and I’ve yet to receive anything. Their email did not specify if the days are business days and if the 4th of July would further delay this process. I’m think better communication would help to reduce frustration. I will be giving them another change should something else come up and will be switching if their customer support remains lacking.
