No matter how thorough the invoices are that I send, I am requested at least once -- often twice -- to "send more information". Bills are not paid in a timely fashion. I am so frustrated! I used to be with another company and this was never a problem. I often feel like Pets Best is hoping I'll give up and not bother to pursue claims. Meanwhile, I'm paying a huge amount, $165/month, for pretty much nonexistent service. I stay because some major incident might occur, and I might need coverage for my pet.
