I have had PetsBest for 2 years now, and they are wonderful! Their customer service and helpful representatives are awesome. Very friendly and helpful. These days, customer service to me means you run a chance of getting super frustrated; however, I have not found any frustration at all dealing with Pets Best. Filing claims is fast and simple; getting reimbursed for items that are covered is also the same. I have referred my friends with fur babies to them.
