Like all insurance companies, Pets Best looks for questionable reasons to deny claims. They are slow in processing claims, and only to then tell you why they're denying it. I'm not getting my money's worth.
(BTW, this survey is silly; I'm reviewing whether or not I was satisfied with how they paid my claims, not whether some item was delivered to me.)
