I waited a whole month to get reimbursed and was only reimbursed for half of my dogs visit because some idiot thinks a wart on the outside of the mouth is the same as a tumor inside of the mouth.
This was not a pre-existing problem as they claimed. So I am expected to jump hoops to prove other wise. I cancelled my policy and would definitely not recommend this company.
