We love our frenchie and originally chose Pets Best because our other insurance provider was affiliated with it. We changed that provider, but stayed with Pets Best. The rates are reasonable, and while I have heard from some other pet owners we know that the speed of resolving claims with their insurer is faster, I still feel like this service is good. A frenchie requires a lot of extra care so insurance is a must, and while I'm not absolutely certain that Pets Best is the best out there, they've served us well so far.
