The sales rep. I had a pleasure speaking to was SO HELPFUL! She was very detailed in everything that I asked and also helped me to achieve a better plan for my pet. She was also patient with all the questions I had and helped me to better understand the difference between the policies. She had excellent customer service skills and knowledge of the items I asked about. I could not have been more pleased with her services. Although the rep. was very helpful, I do not agree with the insurance increase that has happened since I have been with pets best. I have been with Pets Best for (2) years and have had almost a $400 increase due to the inflation of rates. I do not think its fair for the increase of rates to apply for individuals who may not have as much needs as others when it pertains to their pets. This is something that needs to be taken into consideration.
