My claims were done very quickly. However, a couple needed more attention. There was no information in the email or on the portal which claims they were! I had to call and speak with a representative who was able to find the details. CLIENTS NEED TO KNOW WHAT THE CLAIM IS FOR AND WHAT IS NEEDED! Can someone please upgrade your system so all this vital data isn't a secret????
