We've just joined PetsBest and have submitted a total of 8 claims (on August 12). Several of the claims are repeats because the web site wouldn't accept the first claim ... but then when I entered it a second time, the claims tab showed both. 🙄 One of the 8 claims has been processed as of August 19 (7 days). We were pleased with the result of that claim but curious as to why the other claims have not yet been processed.
