Pets best has been good. It’s easy to file claims. The turnaround was better In the past. They do not cover all routine costs they cover a certain amount and when you reach that amount. It is not cheap on the first place but it skyrocketed when one dog turned 8. The great thing is the access to a vet 24 hours! That has been helpful to me. I honestly want to change to another carrier that’s cheaper but did not have time before it renewed. But overall it has been good
