This is the 3rd insurance provider I have used for pet insurance and by far the best. Never have to fight with them about getting a claim approved, the prices are great, covers cancer and breed specific issues, and has am unlimited policy option.
The areas where they could improve are the app and claim processing times. The app has some permissions bugs and send you to the browser to complete may tasks. The claims processing times are slower than I'd personally like but they aren't terrible. It's not months long but 2-3weeks.
