Pets Best Health Insurance has mostly been very good for us and our dog Jazz. However, this year, it seemed to be more prevalent than in previous years to question my claims --i.e. they were saying they were "unreadable." That had never happened before -- and it was frustrating; but at least it seems to be straightened out now. And your staff is very nice and good to work with!
