Overall, I have been pleased with the insurance. However, there was recently some confusion with a claim (for no obvious reason since all the appropriate documentation had been sent, more than once). On 3 separate occasions, I spoke with 3 different people. All were quite polite and each one assured me that the problem had been solved. It had not, generating another email asking for an invoice (which had been sent more than once. Very frustrating and time consuming.
