They need improvement in the length of time it takes to process a claim. I had Nationwide for 13 years for a pet that passed away. The claims were settled and paid in 2-3 days. My last claim submitted to Pets Best took 13 days to settle. In addition, I just received my renewal, and my monthly premium went up $20.00/month. I will be shopping around.
