Pets Best has been amazing to work with. While the peace of mind of having pet insurance is incredible, Pets Best takes it a step further by being simple, easy to use, fairly quick and effective. The only downside is the app is not great, but I’ve been using their web platform and have never had issues. I will continue to use Pets Best for both my dogs and have peace of mind that they will be taken care of with whatever they need.
