Disappointed that the administration of the vaccine was not covered if the vet tech administered the shot and not the veterinarian. Why not ? It seems to me that it would be cheaper for you to cover the cost of the administration of vaccines by techs versus by veterinarians. Seems very short sighted. Why force me to always require a veterinarian to administer a shot? It will cost both of us more. Shots don’t administer themselves folks. Somebody needs to review your policies. I hope someone can expo this to me.
