PetsBest honors its insurance coverage - whatever is covered is covered, no denials or other red tape to worry about. Very good customer service reprsentatives. But it takes forever to get your claims processed and reimbursed =( Plan to have 30 days from claim submission to reimbursement, sometimes longer the more money due back to you.
