I've been very happy with Pets Best up until recently. I've got three claims filed and have not been reimbursed for any of them. I get these e-mails about the 'delay'--but no payment deposited in my account. I would like an answer as to why suddenly my claims are taking so long to be processed. And I hope that there is progress being made in the process. But overall, I've been very happy with the company and this is the first issue I've ever had.
