I've been satisfied with everything at Pets Best except the time it takes to get a claim reviewed. Filling the claim is easy but it takes several weeks to get it reviewed. Recent claim submitted on 4 day of the month and didn't get an EOB until 24 day of the month. Still waiting on my reimbursement check as of 27 day of the month.
