Have had an okay experience with Pets Best. Generally speaking processing of claims has gone well with the exception of the first one and a couple others taking a very long time. Most disappointing thing was after one year - and no claims - the premium on our dog almost doubled! Feels like they get you to commit with a decent rate and then after a year hit you hard.
