After using Pets Best for several years for three different animals, I have always experienced quick turn-around times with reimbusements until March 2025. My last few claims took a month to be reimbursed.
Not sure why such a delay, even received emails acknowledging the delay. I understand more detailed claims taking longer when more medical information is required, but this was not my situation. Simple kennel cough with a puppy.
