I've been a member since my dog was 3 months old and I have to say thank goodness for insurance the only issue I have is it's seems to be taking a longer time frame to get a refund for service but other than that I'm pretty satisfied with the service and I do understand that sometimes it is beyond your control I'm not sure how you can cut that time down but I'm glad you guys are around to help cover these bills
