I had high hopes because a neighbor had spoke positively of Pets Best. Unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing. Although we opted for the "premium" policy with broader coverage, we've found that it covers very little and the "allowed amounts" for permissible services are a mere fraction of what we're paying OOP.
It's been nearly a month and I'm still waiting to hear back on a claim I filled.
I will be cancelling my policy ASAP.
