I'm totally satisfied with Pets Best. Great value! Claims are processed accurately and fairly quickly. I've had several claims and never had to challenge how benefits were determined. They never attempted to save costs by denying anything. Unfortunately, my cat had to be euthanized recently. Without any action on my end, Pets Best paid out the final claim and refunded me for most of the premium from my recent annual renewal. When I get another pet, I will definitely insure through this company again.
