So far so good! I've filed three claims with Pets Best since joining three months ago. I have the BestBenefit Plan as well as the BestWellness Routine Care add-on. I signed up after adding a puppy to our home, knowing he would require several vet visits and vaccinations in his first few weeks. Processing claims with Pets Best is as easy as signing into the app and sending a photo fo my vet bill. Within a week my claim is reviewed, I'm notified of any reimbursements, and a check is sent out. My only disappointment was that I didn't realize the BestWellness Routine Care add-on which covers things like vaccinations, fecal testing, tick/flea treatment, deworming, etc. are all once annually. So of my puppy's 3 vaccination shots, only one was covered. I wish they'd make exceptions, or maybe a separate add-on for young pets. That being said, I've still saved a lot on my frequent vet visits and would recommend Pets Best to friends and family.
