In the past, Pets Best has been awesome and responsible. This time, it took too long to process; then the reimbursement deposit didn't happen when promised, until I sent an email of complaint. It is my understanding that there are new owners. Until now, I have always been quite happy with prompt service. I hope this was an anomaly.
