i thought the coverage would be good and it is to a certain extent. if you have a brand new puppy the office visits for each vaccine can become pricey as pets best only covers up to $50 for the year. if they could increase this coverage for the first year that would be better for us customers. other than that, the claims process is easy and usually quick. the direct deposit back to your account is also nice.
