We held off filing multiple claims and submitted them at one time. Initially I thought the process was slower than it should have been and even after I submitted the information requested Pets Best requested more detailed information from our Vet. The Vet wound up having to submit redundant information but eventually 8 of 16 claims were settled. The 8 claims not settled were due to the fact the insurance wasn't in effect because 14 days had not passed since the policy start date. I understand and accept that and once payment is received through direct deposit to my bank I will have been satisfied with the service provided. I will say that all of the customer service reps I talked with were courteous and answered my questions. Thank you. We will continue the coverage with Pets Best.
