The first time my dog had an emergency, Pets Best processed the claim and sent me a check in less than a week. This recent claim has been slower to be processed and the agent misread the receipt and the form and denied the entire amount when I clearly stated there were some charges that I knew were not covered but that the bulk of the charges were related to her illness.
