I am pleased with the service I receive from Pets Best and recommend it to other pet owners. My only displeasure is the cost. I realize as my dog gets older the rates increase, but the level of increase year after year is extremely high. It isn't a couple of dollars, it's by many dollars. Given his age, cancelling my policy is not an option.
