I’m super happy with the ease of filing a claim. Pets Best has covered everything it has promised. They have had some delays with processing and mailing out payments recently. I hope this gets resolved soon. Otherwise great investment. I don’t worry about my dog getting sick & guilty for not taking her to be seen if necessary.
