I gave a rating of good because I wasn't reimbursed to the full amount that I purchased coverage for with flea & tick and heartworm prevention medicine. Otherwise the insurance is very useful. They communicate in a timely manner with you. It has been very helpful since I've had a couple of unfortunate situations with my puppy.
