Pets Best has great customer service, and reimbursements are quick. It's good to know you have financial back-up in case of a disaster with your pet. I do wish they paid more for routine care, preventative meds, etc. Also, I wish it were more like human insurance in that I never have to file paperwork for my claims, but do for my pets.
