I enjoy how easy it is to submit claims, but I am really frustrated by the lack of communication and the length of time it takes to resolve said claims. I have waited months to get certain claims resolved and find out what portion will be covered by my insurance. I understand 5-10 business days...but 2-3 months? I don't think that's acceptable. What's more frustrating is that when I've reached out to ask for more information on those claims, only one out of three or four times have I received any helpful information.
