I am really happy to have Pets Best! My frenchie has epilepsy, which she had before I signed up for this insurance, but last winter continued to get aspiration pneumonia. It drove my care credit bill to about $7k. Because the pneumonia started after I had my policy, I was able to get this diagnosis covered. Pets Best reimbursed me over $4500. I am so thankful for this! I did however try to claim some re-check visits that were related to the pneumonia and was denied, which I was surprised because I pay for the unlimited option. Other than that, I am very satisfied with Pets Best and am very thankful for having signed up for a policy through them! They are also quick to process claims and reimbursements are also speedy.
