PetsBest denies claims despite having full records and information. You have to call weekly to ensure that the representatives are actually doing their job. The representative readily admitted that she “had dropped the ball” and failed to correctly follow up on the processing of my claim. I had to literally call nearly daily to ensure that they re-processed my claim after they claimed they didn’t have full animal records. (They admitted they screwed up).
